  7. EBuild is a "Make" clone, and it functions likewise. It is a tool
  8. that helps you in recompiling necessary parts of a large application
  9. after modification.

  11. This version is an update of the version found in the last E release
  12. (3.2). EBuild now handles symbolic constants. Please test and report
  13. any errors.
